Another interesting case: So (to my untrainedeye), There are certain features suggestive of reactive foveolar hyperplasia from this power (ie. reactive appearance, SM proliferation, dialated cappilaries, etc). However, there are certain features (nuclear and architectural) that are a little concerning for dysplasia. I think I would likely come down on the adenomatous change side of things: Gastric Mucosa with adenomatous change, no high grade dysplasia or invasive CA. (Actually, I would probably get a consult)

Yes, I also think that the mucosa (particularly in the upper left of the image) looks dysplastic, low-grade.
