A very nice example of Hodgkin Lymphoma. Arrows 1 and 2 point to the diagnostic Reed-Sternberg (RS) cells. These would be positive for CD15 and CD30 and negative for CD45. Arrow 3 points to one of the scattered eosinophils that are commonly seen in the mixed inflamatory background of classic hodgkin lymphoma.
