These look like glandular cells, I think.

Yeah I agree. They are not really enlarged compared to the reference cells either. Given the options, its clearly not SCC or an LSIL so that means it is either HSIL or glandular/negative. I don't think that the nuclei are enough for HSIL, so you are left with negative. A couple of the cells are trying to bait you into an HSIL, but they just aren't all the way there.

Is arrow 1 pointing to a mitosis? if so think of atypical glanduar lesion, but nucleoli are not that many... Reactive - got to see more of the slide.

Eivind - Agree with reactive from this field alone. Could be a mitosis at the arrow - a little bit fuzzy. But more importantly regarding the what arrow shows is that - SOMEONE ACTUALLY USED THE NEW ARROW FEATURE! (it was a fair amount of work to code) Thanks and Welcome!
