Central Neurocytomas are tumors of young adults composed of small round neurocytes forming a honeycomb appearance like that of an oligodendroglioma. Its location in the lateral ventricle, most usually attached to the septum pellucidum, is its most useful radiographic or gross diagnostic feature.
