Lymphoma, probably high grade follicular with focal loss of BCL2 expression? At first, I was thinking DLBL but there are a lot of small lymphocytes there. Also, marginal zone might be possible but I don't know what to make of the larger cells in some of the images.

Kyouens - This is a difficult case. I should have mentioned that although flow cytometric analysis did not reveal a clonal B-cell population, PCR for IgH did. So, it is clonal. BCL2 expression is difficult to resolve in this case. If it were positive, I think grade 3 of 3 folicular would be spot on. I think ultimately, the histology fits best with high grade folicular. I'll update now that we have near concensus.

Yeah...As one of my colleagues pointed out to me, follicular cervicitis would be on the differential, but it would be highly unusual given the relatively normal epithelium.
